Shipping Methods and charges for the Continental United States
Our shipping methods are as follows:

UPS Standard Ground $5.95 per item and $2.95 for each additional item.

Standard orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Methods and Charges for Alaska and Hawaii
All orders are shipped UPS Two-Day Delivery at $17.00 per pair. Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time in transit depending upon your delivery schedule.

Please note that orders placed between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday Eastern Time will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on the following holidays and will not process orders until the following business day:

Shipping Restrictions
Merrell.com ships to military post offices, using USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available for military post office addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders.

The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you can even track your order online. Just call 1-800-288-3124 Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Tracking Your Order
Once you place an order, we will send you an email with an order confirmation number. You can track the status of your order with this number on our website by going to “Track Your Order” on the homepage of Merrell.com.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with a UPS tracking number. The link in your email will take you to the UPS website to track your order. If parts of your order are shipped at different times, you will be notified of each shipment and its separate tracking number.

Canceling or Changing Your Order
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed it immediately goes into the fulfillment process and may not be cancelled or changed. If you realize you’ve made a mistake after placing your order, you may return it UNWORN for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the time of purchase.
